Fees: Our fees and costs vary depending on the type of case your have and the seriousness of the offense. Fees are based in part on the charges involved, whether the case is a felony or misdemeanor, what if any injuries the alleged victim may have received, prior record, whether the prosecution is seeking a prison sentence, and other factors.

The only way we can fully inform you about fees and costs is to meet with you personally so that we can fully assess your case. We are fair with our fees.

However, it's important that an attorney maintain a high level of competence to insure that the client is fully protected at all phases of the criminal proceedings without compromising the defense. And the level of competence is directly related to the fee.
